We want you to be happy with your MAYHEMTION purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email) to contact@mayhemtion.com, including your order number and the items you want to return. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days end.

How to return your items

1. Email us at contact@mayhemtion.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

3. Send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.

Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive your withdrawal, we refund all payments we received from you for the returned items, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them.

If items come back with a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them, we may deduct that from your refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email contact@mayhemtion.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
